New Hospitality in Healthcare Supporter Crawford Kitchens has unique first hand expertise and experience in the world of commercial catering and commercial kitchen hire – combined with a stainless steel and aluminium fabrication workshop on site at our head office in Mansfield, Vic.

We began our journey as caterers over 25 years ago and quickly discovered we needed to find a solution to catering on site at events that was weather tight, compliant and highly mobile. We began innovating, designing and manufacturing our container-based mobile commercial kitchens inhouse with our skilled workshop team. From this we have expanded our fleet which now includes over 20 kitchens along with coolroom/drystore units, dishwashing/warewashing units, medical units, a bar, a truck kitchen and more.

Our kitchens and support units are the ideal solution for a temporary kitchen space during facility renovations and unexpected events such as fire or flood.
