Caterlink is Australia’s only carbon neutral, family owned and operated commercial kitchen equipment supplier and designer. Since 1976 we have been a trusted and reliable partner to aged care centres, hospitals and healthcare providers nationwide. As we approach our 50th anniversary our commitment to quality, safety and longterm client relationships remains central to everything we do.

With experienced teams in Perth and Melbourne, we deliver complete solutions for commercial kitchens and bars, from small satellite setups to largescale healthcare facilities. Caterlink has extensive experience in the aged care and healthcare sectors, partnering with architects and operators across projects for Juniper, Catholic Homes, Brightwater, Aegis, Mercy Care Maddington and major hospitals including Fiona Stanley, Joondalup Health Campus, Perth Children’s Hospital, St John of God and many more.

Our end-to-end services include kitchen design, equipment selection, project management, installation, commissioning and ongoing maintenance. We focus on solutions that improve workflow efficiency, support diverse dietary needs, enhance food safety standards and ensure reliable performance every day. Training is available through our corporate chefs and manufacturer partners, and our Rent-It-Today rental option provides flexible support for equipment upgrades and replacements.

In 2026 we will open our new Melbourne Experience Centre in Mulgrave, a dedicated showroom where clients can explore the latest technology, industry trusted brands and innovations designed for modern health and aged care environments.

Botinkit: AI cooking technology for consistency and efficiency

Caterlink is at the forefront of innovation in commercial kitchens, and as a leading national supplier we offer Botinkit, an advanced AI powered cooking robot designed to support aged care centres and hospitals in producing safe, consistent meals with less manual labour.

Botinkit automates common cooking processes such as simmering, stir frying, braising, pasta dishes, and rice based meals. Staff select a programmed recipe, add ingredients and the robot manages temperature, timing, stirring and flavour control. This improves consistency across shifts, reduces the risk of burnt or uneven meals and supports strict dietary and texture requirements.

The enclosed cooking system enhances hygiene and reduces cross contamination while precise ingredient dispensing helps minimise food waste, essential for cost management in healthcare. Botinkit can store up to 1000 recipes and produce single portions through to bulk batches of several kilograms. It is already supporting aged care kitchens, hospitals and remote sites facing staffing shortages, helping teams maintain menu quality with fewer skilled cooks.

As the preferred Australian distributor, Caterlink provides installation, training, recipe programming and ongoing support.
