As we move further into 2026 it’s exciting to reflect on the impact of our recent rebranding to Hospitality in Healthcare. The change has not only refreshed our identity but also strengthened connections with both our members and supporters.

Supporting our community
The rebrand has been well received across the sector, helping to raise awareness of our work and clarifying our focus on hospitality within health and aged care. Supporters have responded positively, with increased engagement and interest in the updated brand.

Engaging members and recognising excellence
Members have also embraced the new identity. The rebranding has made it easier to communicate our mission and the value of membership, resulting in strong participation in our programs and events. The Excellence Awards continue to evolve, with clearer nomination criteria and a new Project Category, and 2026 winners will now be showcased on our website with photos and biographies -raising the profile of achievements across the sector.

Strengthening connections
Our focus remains on member engagement at both state and national level. We are delivering four national webinars per year and at least two state-based education or networking events in each active state. These opportunities, alongside our improved communications under the new brand, are helping members and supporters feel more connected and informed than ever.

Acknowledging our supporters
We also continue to appreciate the ongoing support of our Gold and Platinum supporters, whose contributions enable the committee to deliver programs and events for members.

The rebrand has already shown its value by providing a clearer identity, strengthening engagement and enhancing the visibility of our supporters and members. As we continue through 2026, we look forward to building on this momentum and delivering even more opportunities for professional development, connection and recognition.
